The aim of the Consumer Behavior group’s research is to better understand individual and organizational decision-making. The group is dedicated to helping society make better decisions particularly with regard to the management of technological, environmental and food hazards. One core topic is decision-making within the food production system. Many projects involve a collaboration with natural scientists. The group started in 2007.
