The Institute of Food, Nutrition and Health (IFNH) is composed by about 230 members including PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and scientific and technical/administrative staff. It is led by thirteen professors (nine full, one associate, two assistant and one titular professors) in laboratories covering key aspects of the entire food value chain, and involved in the teaching of two curricula: Food Science and Nutrition and Health Sciences and Technology.
